Class Timetable

Boxing & Fitness

3:30pm - 7:00pm

Doors are open to anyone and everyone who wishes to learn the fundamentals of boxing. Training is based around boxing fitness regimes and technique, giving an opportunity to practice on the bags and in the ring.

Circuit Training

7:00pm - 8:00pm

A solid hours worth of boxing orientated circuit training open to all. Using a variety of exercises, we push you to improve strength and endurance using high-intensity aerobics, with a chance to practice non-contact sparring at the end.

9:30am - 10:30am

A solid hours worth of boxing orientated circuit training open to all. Using a variety of exercises, we push you to improve strength and endurance using high-intensity aerobics, with a chance to practice non-contact sparring at the end.

6:00pm - 7:00pm

9:00am - 10:00am

A solid hours worth of boxing orientated circuit training open to all. Using a variety of exercises, we push you to improve strength and endurance using high-intensity aerobics, with a chance to practice non-contact sparring at the end.

Ladies Circuit Training

7:00pm - 8:00pm

Your standard circuit training but this one's just for the ladies. We go through the same boxing orientated program of high-intensity aerobic exercise to improve stamina and muscle tone.

Junior Boxers Training Session

5:00pm - 6:00pm

A class for 11 - 16 year olds that teaches the basics of boxing and offers a chance to learn the ropes. We'll go through boxing technique and start teaching the fundamentals of fitness training.

Kids Under 11yrs Training

10:00am - 11:00am

This class has been put on for those kids who have shown an early interest to give a taster of what the sport can be like and will go through the same motions as with the other Junior classes.

Kids Over 11yrs Training

11:00am - 12:00am

A class for 11 - 16 year olds that teaches the basics of boxing and offers a chance to learn the ropes. We'll go through boxing technique and start teaching the fundamentals of fitness training.

Senior Boxers Training Session

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Boxing Training for anyone over 16 years based around boxing fitness regimes and technique, giving an opportunity to practice on the bags and in the ring.

General Fitness Session
